Where the inventory comes from

When you return something to a big retailer — or its box gets crushed in a warehouse — it rarely goes back on the shelf. It gets palletized and sold at auction. We bid on those pallets of customer returns and damaged-packaging stock, hand-pick the best items, test them, photograph the real thing, and list them here — one of each, priced up to 70% under retail.

Why it's cheap — and why it's legit

It's cheap because we buy by the pallet, not by the unit. It's legit because every item is graded honestly and covered by a 3-day guarantee. If it's not as described, you get a full refund — no restocking fee, no fine print. Changed your mind? You can still return within 3 days; a 15% restocking fee applies to those returns.

Condition grading

• New Sealed — never opened, factory sealed.
• Open Box Like New — opened, complete, no signs of use.
• Open Box Good — opened, works perfectly, minor cosmetic marks noted in the photos.
• Damaged Packaging — brand new and unused inside; the box took the hit in shipping, not the item. Packaging damage shown in photos.

Getting your item

Porch Pickup (free): pick a time slot when you reserve, inside our storage facility's gate hours. The exact address is on your reservation confirmation.

Mile High Delivery: we deliver inside the Denver metro. Request a delivery quote at checkout and we'll email your quote within 24 hours — approve it and we schedule the drop.
